When will my order ship?

Overstock Distributing ships all in-stock items within 24 business hours unless otherwise noted, this excludes weekends and statutory holidays.

How can I check the status of my order?

From the OverstockDistributing.com home page log into your account using the username and password you specified when placing your order or generating your account. If you can not remember your username or password please use the 'Recover Password' link.

Using the account option menu click on "My order history".

Now using the order search form you can find your entire order history. Ensure that you enter an appropriate date range when searching for orders. To select the order you would like to check the status on simply click on it in the search result table.

After you have located the order you are checking on and clicked on it in the order search result table you will see an online version of your order receipt. If you refer to the upper righthand corner of this receipt you will see the current status of your order and tracking number if applicable.

The status of your order can be listed as any of the following:

Complete: Your order has been successfully completed and shipped from our warehouse
Processed: Payment has been received and your order is entering the pick and pack phase
Queued: Your order has been queued for departure from our warehouse
Not finished: Payment for your order has not been received
Failed: There has been a problem processing your order or it has been cancelled

Once submitted, a Customer Service representative will respond with 24-48 business hours (excluding statutory holidays and weekends).

Is shopping and submitting personal and credit card information safe at OverstockDistributing.com?

Do you ship to APO (military) addresses?

No, the carrier UPS we use does not ship to APO (military) addresses or P.O boxes. However, we can work with the customer for an alternate arrangement after placing order. Alternate shipping carriers may be posted for various products and will be displayed during checkout.

Do you charge taxes?

OverstockDistributing.com is located in Canada and therefore only orders destined for addresses within Canada are subject to provincial and federal tax. OverstockDistributing.com does not asses tax on any order destined for the US or any other country other than Canada.

The Goods and Services Tax (GST) will apply to all residents ordering from Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Ontario and Quebec. The Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) will apply to all residents ordering from New Brunswick, Nova Scotia., Prince Edward Island and Newfoundland. The Provincial Sales Tax (PST) will apply to all residents ordering from Ontario. All taxes will be assessed according to the appropriate percentages of the total dollar amount.

What is the warranty on my purchased item(s)?

OverstockDistributing.com warrants product(s) to be in good working condition and free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 30 Days from the original invoice date unless otherwise noted or restricted below or by the manufacturer's own warranty policy. After that period, items are often covered by a manufacturer's warranty, but will vary depending on the product in question. Please refer to the manufacturer's web site (if available) for details. Items purchased from any online auction such as ebay may or may not have warranty and our policy here will not be applicable to them.
When you purchase any product from OverstockDistributing.com, you are entitled to its manufacturer's warranty against defective merchandise. Most of our major manufacturers policies require that you contact them directly for assistance regarding their products. These manufacturers will repair, return or replace them in accordance with their own policies. Please contact the respective manufacturer for additional details.
Physical damage to any product will void the product's warranty. Modifying a product in a permanent way is considered physical damage. Products that are to be soldered or welded in any way are not refundable.
OverstockDistributing.com cannot honor warranty for products that have been damaged, installed incorrectly or otherwise sustained any other type of physical damage. Physical damage voids any warranty previously implied for any product. 30 day money back warranty does not include shipping or services rendered. No Shipping costs will be refunded for items returned for a second time for any reason.

IF YOU ARE RETURNING A PRODUCT, DO NOT USE UPS or DHL - IT WILL BE REFUSED! Although it is a return, UPS and DHL insist on sending bills for duty, brokerage, entry prep fee as if we bought the items from you! As well, do not put a high value for customs or insurance. We suggest using a trackable postal service for your return.

I found an error on your website and I think there is incorrect product information...

OverstockDistributing.com strives to provide accurate information on our website. However sometimes errors do occur, whether through procedural errors and or human error. OverstockDistributing.com reserves the right to make adjustments or corrections on this website at any times without notice. We will correct the error as soon as possible.

OverstockDistributing.com is not responsible for lost, incomplete, illegible, misdirected or stolen messages, orders or mail, failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed transmissions.

Why do you need my personal information?

When you place your order we need the following information from you: Name, E-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card number and expiry date. This allows us to process and fill your order.

We need to keep your personal information in the event you need to contact us with a request for warranty, repairs or returns.

We do not store your credit card information in any way, shape or form. The credit card processor will approve or dissaprove the charges and no Overstock Distributing (OverstockDistributing.com) employee will see the credit card information.

I ordered a part for my asian pocket bike / pit bike but it doesn't fit, now what?

OverstockDistributing.com understands that these asian brand pocket bikes, pit bikes, mini choppers, electric scooters etc. are alot alike or sometimes hard to find the correct part. Feel free to order any part you feel could repair or fit your machine. However, if you find the product does not fit or will not correct your issue, you may return the product in its original packaging and must be unused or damaged. A 25% restocking fee will apply on all returned items. Shipping charges are non-refundable in ANY circumstance. You will be refunded less the shipping charges and less the 25% restocking fee on each returned item. Items MUST be returned within 30 days of purchase.

How do I pay for my order?

OverstockDistributing.com accepts orders online. Our systems are secure and your information is kept private. No banking or credit card information is stored or viewed by any Overstock Distributing (OverstockDistributing.com) employees.

Why did your prices change?

It is Overstock Distributings objective to maintain prices to the best of our ability. However, due to changing market conditions beyond our control, prices are subject to change without notice.

Do your pocket bikes, mini bikes, dirt bikes, pit bikes, scooters or atv's come assembled?

Our pocket bikes, mini bikes, pit bikes, dirt bikes, atv's are shipped 99% assembled. Most can be assembled relatively quickly with basic tools. As well, some of these machines come with FREE tool kits which make assembly easier!

What is the OverstockDistributing.com Return Policy?

OverstockDistributing.com guarantees the performance and quality of products we supply for a minimum of 30 days.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price within 30 days (some conditions may apply, shipping is non-refundable)

If you feel you have a faulty product, please also read the conditions of the following return policy:

1. No product can be returned to OverstockDistributing.com for refund if it has been tampered with. Do-it-yourself electrical components, modchips, soldering or welding products can not be returned if altered or attempted to be soldered or welded. As of December 9, 2008 any product such as a laser with a Tamper Proof Security Label removed - WILL NOT be accepted for return, exchange, refund or credit. No Exceptions! If you are unsure if you will be able to return a product, contact before purchase to verify if it is returnable.

2. Please be sure that your product is set up correctly and properly installed. We recommend a licensed technician to install your item in any situation.

3. If you are satisfied that your product is faulty and has met conditions of return, you must request an RMA number before the product can be sent back. Please ensure you enter a valid e-mail address and complete all fields on the RMA number request form. 24-48 hours after submitting the completed RMA number request form you will be contacted via email with unique RMA number and product return instructions. Return costs are responsibility of the customer, and are non-refundable in any circumstance. No Shipping costs will be refunded for items returned for a second time for any reason.

4. Returned items must be complete without exception. i.e. - original packaging with all contents. This includes manuals and included accessories etc. regardless of size or value.

5. When returning a product, you must enclose a copy of your sales receipt.

6. All warranties are Return To Base (RTB). OverstockDistributing.com will cover the shipping costs (standard ground) when sending replacement (replacing verified defective merchandise) orders to you.

7. It is your responsibility to ensure that the returned goods are packed properly and insured against loss. We cannot accept any responsibility for goods damaged in transit to us.

8. If the returned product is verified faulty, it will be replaced or repaired as soon as possible. If the item is no longer available, it will be replaced with an equivalent or higher specification product. You are entitled to a refund within 30 days of purchase. If item is found defective, you ARE entitled to a full refund of the original total purchase price which included shipping cost to ship to you.

9. If the assumed defective product is found to be in normal working condition and verified as working 100%, it will be shipped back to you. You are responsible for all return shipping costs which can be paid by credit card or money order. You are entitled to a refund within 30 days of purchase, less shipping costs. Re-stocking fees may be applicable in some circumstances.

10. If we have sent you the wrong item, we will provide you with our UPS account number to ship it back at OUR expense via UPS standard ground only. We will reship the correct part to you at our expense. This must be authorized via our RMA system first and failure to select the correct UPS shipping service could result in charge back of shipping costs.

11. ALL ITEMS BEING RETURNED TO OVERSTOCKDISTRIBUTING.COM FROM A LOCATION OUTSIDE OF CANADA MUST BE DECLARED/MARKED CLEARLY AS RETURNS/REPAIRS OTHERWISE CUSTOMS WILL APPLY TAXES AND DUTY TO THE RETURNED ITEM TO BE PAID BY OVERSTOCKDISTRIBUTING.COM AND WE WILL REFUSE DELIVERY OF THE ITEM. YOUR RMA NUMBER MUST ALSO BE CLEARLY MARKED ON THE PACKAGE

How to create a Wish List?

A wish list is a great way to share gift ideas for items that you want for yourself with your family and friends. Create a wishlist for a birthday, an anniversary, or a holiday, or just because then share it with family and friends.

To add an item to your wish list first ensure that you have registered for a OverstockDistributing.com account and that you are logged into your account. From a product detail page you can click on the 'Add to wish list' button to add the item to your current wish list.

How do I modify my account profile?

Simply log into you account and in the 'Your Account' table on the left-hand side of the page, click on 'Modify My Profile' Then you may proceed accordingly.

Creating an online account with Overstock Distributing allows you to place orders safely using our Secure Server and allows us to keep you informed on the status of your order. Setting up an online account makes ordering in the future easier, because most of your account information is already on file. What's more, when you create your account, you can choose to receive e-mail updates about money-saving coupons, exclusive offers, hot new releases and more! And remember, any information you provide to us is held in the strictest confidence and your privacy is guaranteed.

How do I create an account? Creating an account is easy - just be sure to fill in all the fields marked with an asterisk (*) and you'll have an account in no time! How do I place an order?

At Overstock Distributing, ordering is fast and easy! Simply follow the steps below to complete your purchase online.

- Browse or search for the items you'd like to order.

- When you have found an item you would like to purchase, click the "Add Cart" button.

- Continue to browse and shop.

- When you're done shopping, click "Checkout" in the upper right hand corner of any page.

If you already have an account, just sign in. If you are a new customer, you'll need to create a New Customer Account.

Next, select how you would like to pay for your order.

Then proceed to the "Order Review" page.

On the "Order Review" page, check to make sure all the information you've provided - order details, shipping and payment methods, etc. - is accurate. If you need to make changes to your order, you may use your browser's back button.

When you're ready to complete your order, click the "Process Order" button to place your order. After clicking on the 'process order' button you will be directed to our realtime payment processing system to confirm your billing address and enter information. Once your payment has been approved please click on the 'complete transaction' button to finalize your order.
